The infamous Mr. Pepperballs shot in the groin after the Phoenix Trump rally is in a lot of trouble. After failing to disperse and leave the area as ordered by the police, he was part of a group of protesters that started throwing rocks, water bottles and at least one pepper bomb at the police. The police launched a tear gas canister in his direction, and he tried to kick it back at the police.

He's been charged with one misdemeanor count of unlawful assembly and three felony counts of aggravated assault. The minimum he could be charged with is a class 5 or 6 felony. If convicted, he could be sentenced for 3 to 7.5 years.

Dude also got second degree burns on his right hand from picking up and lobbing not one, but TWO smoking tear gas cannisters back at the police.

After spending Tuesday night in the ER he couldn't resist getting his 15 seconds of fame and identified himself as Mr. Pepperballs.
