PHOENIX - Phoenix police say they’ve arrested a man who allegedly kicked a can of tear gas at officers after the President Trump rally earlier this week. Police shot the man with a pepper ball moments after he kicked the canister.
Police say 29-year-old Joshua Cobin has been arrested on three counts of aggravated assault on police and one count of unlawful assembly.

There had to be quite a bit of laughter. Kicking tear gas back at the cops in full riot gear seems like an incredibly-dumb idea.

I have only watched it 50 times,makes me smile every time. I was hoping that while he was writhing on his stomach that another pepper ball would nail him in his butt. That video has gone viral.
He said he kicked the canister because he felt officers were not justified in their response to Tuesday's protests.
I cant tell you how many tickets I have gotten out of with this excuse. I hope he is adamant about it with the judge. You know what pricks they can be about following the law !
