Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the new home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United FC set to open later this month, will feature a Chick-fil-A concession stand. One problem for hungry Falcons fans: just like all Chick-fil-A locations, the stand will be closed on Sundays.

The Atlanta deal must be a back up in case the SJWs in New Orleans tear down the Superdome because Mercedes-Benz and Holocaust....
Maybe it will be safer for Chick-fil-A because somebody might chock during a Falcon’s game.
But those other ones aren’t in buildings that are closed 99% of the non-Sundays. I suppose they’ll get concert traffic, and possibly SNF or TNF traffic. Overall, seems like a bad plan. Unless it’s connected to the merch shop, then never mind, perfectly good spot.
The Sabbath is Saturday, and always has been since Moses.
There is nothing in the New Testament about Apostles or any follower observing it on Sunday.
If anybody believes otherwise show me where.
The last ball game I watched in New York was played in Ebbets Field. I kinda miss it too.
These stadiums have lots of other events——often concerts.
.
Mr. Lucky, you are indeed lucky to have attended a game at Ebbets. Before my time, but I do have a box seat from there.
Nice!
The Chick fil A marketing people are genius. They opened kne here on L I in Hicksville. Hicksville has a very large community of South Asians. Muslims do not eat pork. Hindus and Sikhs do not est beef. They eat chicken and Chick fil A’s is the best fast food chicken anywhere. The place is packed all the time and the staff is awesome.
I hope it’s in your living room.

I recently found the CEO email address and sent him an email requesting a letter of commendation for my son for an award he earned.
Dan Cathy, CEO responded within a couple hours personally. Class operation.
Wow. I remember my Dad telling about Ebbets Field. I used to make deliveries to a paint supplier on Empire Blvd. across the street from where it was. A housing project is there, not a trace of it remains
Which tells you HOW successful Chick-Fil-A is—it can shut down 8 Sundays a year with an (almost) captive audience and still pay the rent.
I love Chick Fil A.
The SEC championship will be there, as well as at least one featured season opener game for SEC football. I’d bet NCAA tournament also finds a home there...and surely some concerts and other stuff.
Since you don’t know what you are blathering about just stop
That venue has major use through out the year by other things
Since you can’t post without insult I’ll point out that the stadium’s website only claims to 50 events a year 10 of which are NFL games (they’re counting pre-season). This year they’re missing out on all but 3 NFL games (2 pre-season and one TNF). Plus of course some of the non-NFL events will be on Sunday. So one way or the other they’re missing out on close to one fifth of the events. That’s an expensive piece of rent to try to make back on only 4/5 of the events.
Erma Gawd. You don’t live in Atl. How is saying you don’t know what you’re talking about an insult
Erma Gawd I look up the stadium’s schedule on the internet. FIFTY EVENTS A YEAR AT LEAST TEN OF WHICH ARE ON A SUNDAY. That’s the math. Deal with it.
