Here's a handy TIME Check:

Ping.....................
If your computer needs a time check more than once a week, it’s probably time for a new computer, or maybe motherboard battery.
I’ve tried ‘em all and after no end of timeouts and connection failures, the best always-works app for users is www.timesynchtool.com You synch to a pool of NTP servers, let their sysadmins all over the world sync with NIST. The above tool automatically demotes servers experience connection problems so you’re always using the best one for your location.
Use software from the “Chaos Software Group” that has an unlimited supply of juvenile exclamation points? I think I will take a pass on this opportunity!!!! No thanks!!!
Besides, I use a Mac.
!!!
Doesn’t Windows already have this built in? The time always seems right on.
On the download program page, it states that it supports Windows 8 .... not windows 10.
Don’t accidentally configure yours to Atomic Wedgie.
Does anybody really know what time it is? Does anybody really care? (Chicago)
Sure... step into our van little girl we have candy!
Bump for later

Here's another one, close enough for me. https://time.is/
Told me what town the computer presently using is located in, and that it is seven seconds behind.
At bottom of the page;
Time.is displays exact, official atomic clock time for any time zone (more than 7 million locations) in 46 languages. Automated access is prohibited. Support for cookies and JavaScript is required. Copyright © 2009-2017 Digitz.no. All rights reserved.
Maintaining perfect time is essential when using two-factor authentication. I’ve had a few (few) instances when my web server was accurate but the local machine was off — always fixed w/ a reboot, although there may be another way, I haven’t bothered to find it.
My larger problem is keeping the server on time (VPS, so I don’t own it). I set a chron for daily time reset and that seems to work now, but sometimes I just have to reboot it. Can be a big pain.
