ABC Radio News, it was "Officers" who shot Justine Ruszczyk
ABC Radio | 7/19/17 | ABC Radio News

I am flabbergasted at the extent of fake news. I am listening to ABC news on WMAL in Washington D.C. They begin to "report" about the latest development in what they referred to as "the Minneapolis police shooting."

Here's what they proceeded to describe: "The officers involved in the shooting failed to turn on their mobile cameras and so there is no video record of the shooting. However, after the shooting the officers were both involved in administering life saving measures."

I also get an hourly FAKE news feed (by NPR). The half truths and outright lies of omission are disgusting.

I am disgusted by Police haters,BLM and other race hustlers who take the opportunity of police misconduct for their own gain. I will concede one thing. This murder reinforces that there needs to be better training of police and the background check and psychological profile of applicants. Wishful thinking in Rat Party cities.

I have been privy to many shocking incidents but this one sticks in me a little harder. The cover up and circling of wagons for the protected class is sickening.

Good question.

Both body cams and the dash cam are said to have been off.

No thanks. I think we’ll continue to attribute it to Islam, which fits the bill far more closely than “stupidity.”

Black Muslim (affirmative action hired) Police officer shoots unarmed white female for no “apparent” reason.

If you are looking for a motive, then just read the Koran.

But if he's been an officer for two years, he must have seen numerous similar women without suddenly shooting them. I think it's just stupidity, agree with affirmative action hire.

By firing across the lap of another cop and through the door.

I read on another post that maybe the officers were involved in a sexual affair when the assault call came through. Maybe that's why their cameras were off.

CRAZY THOUGHT: Or, maybe, what if THEY were the ones doing the assaulting? And maybe that's why Justine was shot. Maybe Noor thought that she had witnessed them doing whatever. Is this maybe why we are not hearing anything more about that assault call - whatever happened to the woman screaming? Maybe I watch too much TV.

It’s difficult to get the real story, but I read in one story he shot through the window glass, not the door, though most of the stories say door. Window glass makes more sense, not that sanity matters anymore.

We’re never going to get the straight story on this.

I thought the other cop had the window down talking to her?

You are correct. There never will be truth told in this. Another bunghole legacy mess.

What are going to suffer from his droppings for decades. He should at least be exiled.

Is it normal procedure to have body cams on while in the car? Dash cam would be pointing forward, so that wouldn’t show anything.

This is the part I don't get. I would think that once you approach the scene of the call or complaint, you'd turn those devices on. If the dash cam were on, it might have shown how she approached the patrol car.

But ANY police body cam policy would (or at least SHOULD) say if you’re planning to unholster your weapon TURN YOUR BODY CAM ON.

I still put this murder down as SITUATIONAL/OPPORTUNISTIC JIHAD. Political correctness will shelter/cover for the Jihadi.

The only scenarios I can see where the officer/shooter gets leniency is if the woman was at the driver’s window acting crazy and there was a sound like a gunshot, or she popped up at the driver’s window immediately after a gunshot-like-noise.

Spellchecker picked “police” instead of “policy,” I bet.

You're probably right. If they've rolled out the body cams and dash board cams, the officers should have been required to attend classes specifically dealing with the use of them, before they were even allowed to use them. They would have been required to undergo a specific period of training in using them. They may have even had to pass a test, and had to sign a form that they fully understood the use and function of the cam, and accepted responsibility for the body cam they were issued. If the Department failed to do that, then they're in trouble.

I worked for NY State, and we were trained once a year in various aspects of the job: First aid, weapons qualification, unarmed defensive tactics, etc. Once we received that training, we couldn't use the excuse of not having known how to react, or how to conduct ourselves any other way while on duty, than the way we were specifically trained. It was the State's way of covering their ass, because if you did anything other than what you had been specifically trained to do, they could, and would hang you out to dry.

If they were still under “evaluation,” use might have been optional.

Betcha that’ll change.

We were trained in the use of batons, and could carry them on duty if we so chose, but if we used that baton at any time, we'd be held accountable, and God help you, if you used it in a way that you hadn't been trained.

"It’s difficult to get the real story, but I read in one story he shot through the window glass"

And I read the window was open when he fired. Bottom line, he fired in an enclosed area, putting the life of his partner at risk too. I doubt he was trained to fire his weapon that way.

I guess it would depend upon what their policy was. If they’d had it on and deliberately turned it off because they were going to get up to mischief...

"I guess it would depend upon what their policy was."

If it's a policy written by Democrats, then it's a fluid policy, changing at a minute's notice to serve a specific situation at a specific time.

A government entity should know that you don't hand out equipment to staff, unless they are properly trained in using it, especially in the ranks of uniformed staff that is required to interact with the public. Body cams/dash cams can be called into court, and used as evidence, therefore, proper training should have been conducted before any use of them began, that is, if the City doesn't want to lose their shorts in court.
