If it's a policy written by Democrats, then it's a fluid policy, changing at a minute's notice to serve a specific situation at a specific time.
A government entity should know that you don't hand out equipment to staff, unless they are properly trained in using it, especially in the ranks of uniformed staff that is required to interact with the public. Body cams/dash cams can be called into court, and used as evidence, therefore, proper training should have been conducted before any use of them began, that is, if the City doesn't want to lose their shorts in court.
