The judge ought to know better. The man in question is only "linked to Russian intelligence" through rumors and innuendo. Under the law, he has no links to Russian intelligence. He would have been ineligible for U.S. citizenship if he had been a Russian intelligence agent in the past.

This is a perfectly legitimate question. I, for one, will make no attempt to defend a liberal Democrat who files an incomplete or false national security application.
I read somewhere that only certain meetings have to be documented. An ongoing relationship and a few others. None of which this meeting met the criteria.
