Talked to ONE Navy SEAL, with the current journalist standard who knows if the person is truly a Navy SEAL, and from that Dowd can say "Nearly every Navy SEAL embarrassed by President Trump".

Notice that Dowd said he was told by the SEAL, the cowardly Dowd didn't make the observation, he just passed on the words. Can we be sure Dowd actually talked to a person in Texas? Shades of what's-his-name Jason something from NYT ...... we simply don't trust him or any Jurn0List.

I don't know a whole lot of Navy SEALs. However, I would strongly doubt they'd talk to a reporter, and if they did, the last thing they'd do is say "Hi, I'm a Navy SEAL. Let me speak for all the rest of the SEALs and disparage the CinC."

Even if they *do* think that way, they're not dumb enough to say it aloud publicly. But in a reporter's narrow, bigoted mind, they certainly would be that dumb...so my guess? Fake, Completely-Made-Up News.

There’s a fellow on YouTube who goes around outing people who wear military uniforms who’ve never been in the military. He usually finds them showing up at restaurants on Veteran’s Day trying to scam a discount meal. In the videos he asks them about their patches and medals - they have no idea, then he shames them.

I wonder if that was one of the guys that Dowd talked to.
