Some amusing posts in response to CNN Doxing the creator of the Trump vs. CNN wrestling meme from earlier this week.
Doxing = threat to personally expose a private citizen on the internet for purpose of putting them in financial and physical jeopardy.
Everybody has it who wants it.
To late for CNN. They exposed the path. They Doxxed him.
When did the CNN reporter post his little article please? What time today?
A great point made on the 4chan board:
This isn’t a joke. This Reddit cuck was apparently forced to keep spamming Reddit with apologies until his account was deleted; his apology appears to be synchronized with CNN’s threats of revealing his identity if he did not comply. The general tone of his cuckpologies appear to be genuine fear.
Blackmail generally is regarded if someone did something “bad” and someone threatens to expose that conduct. Extortion is threatening someone who essentially did not do anything morally culpable.
This is not blackmail. This is extortion. Virtually all commonwealth jurisdictions differentiate between blackmail (person did something bad, forced to do something to keep secret hidden) vs extortion (person did nothing wrong, acts purely out of fear).
CNN threatened to have this man’s reputation, livelihood and, what appears to be, have this person or his family, associates etc physically harmed, maimed or killed.
If CNN had a legal basis to reveal his identity, ie. as part of a lawsuit if he did not comply, or something of the sort, then they would have an absolute defense. Perhaps they threatened to sue him for defamation for having shopped CNN’s logo into that GIF; however, their ability to prove it was him would be impossible (he/she could simply claim they found it somewhere). This is highly disturbing. I see no legal grounds for CNN to threaten to reveal his identity, knowing full well the consequences just or unjust, if he did not meet some legal obligation, which does not appear to be the case here.
This may be blatant and RICO-level extortion, especially if Reddit’s owners, Huffman et al, were contacted to illegally reveal IP addresses/identifiers.
If multiple were involved in CNN’s hierarchical chain, as in Zucker or one of his subordinates, this is a RICO case.
Extortion is serious shit. In Commonwealth countries it almost always carries a life sentence.
Been saying that since Nixon got couped.
Reddit is owned by Time Warner and so is CNN. That’s likely how CNN tracked down the user - via his IP on Reddit, which Reddit would have access to.
The ‘reporter’/extortion expert called up HanA-Hole’s house earlier today. No answer. But the kid (apparently 15) then took down all his posts on Reddit and apologized to CNN.
CNN then spoke with the kid and said they wouldn’t post his name for the world to target him and his family with death threats.
Here’s the article:
http://www.cnn.com/2017/07/04/politics/kfile-reddit-user-trump-tweet/index.html
CNN includes the threat that they ‘reserve the right’ to Dox the kid later if he speaks out politically.
Next, CNN will post that they control the airports and can destroy any jet you take after posting something the do not like. Other passengers are only collateral damage.
CNN is threatening to potentially expose his identity (name/address/family/etc), causing him to be ostracized, lose his job, and perhaps, including any of his family, be intimidated / injured / maimed / murdered?
“CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.”
That’s a pretty clear death threat considering the political climate with open death threats against around the clock, second to second.

There’s post now on reddit saying that person doxx by CNN is a minor ..15 years-old
I don’t know if it’s true yet because that would just be too too insane if it’s true
How about a “Draw CNN” contest? Everyone can submit a CNN gif.
Just like mohammad, there are severe consequences for criticizing CNN.
I wonder if the KFILE editor understands irony at all.
CNN has been sanctimonious that the president threatens freedom of the press, the first amendment, and the constitution itself on a daily basis. He is doing this how? Press briefings where CNN is in the back row. Calling on conservative outlets in briefings. Posting a meme on twitter.
Now CNN responds by threatening to dox someone who posts something they don’t like.
It is hilarious - if you can get over the disturbing bullying aspect.
How long will it take for these idiot journalists to realize they are being played constantly?
I could see a 15 year old kid making a video like that.
CNN tracking down the kid (likely with the help of Reddit exposing his IP) is really sick. It was a stupid GIF. Who cares?
4chan already has a list of the home addresses of about a dozen CNN hosts. What a mess they’ve unleashed.
Oh wow. Whoever the person is has a right to sue and would win.
4Chan /pol/ is in full meme-machine mode now!
(NOTE: For anyone who is unfamiliar with 4Chan: expect to see and hear things you find offensive. NSFW! About the only thing 4Chan doesn’t tolerate is child pornography. Everything else is allowed. You have been warned.)

Great point. CNN complains for a week about bullying... then responds by bullying apparently a teenager over some silly internet troll post.
What is wrong with these people?
I’m reminded in the Bible when the enemies of Israel would be sent great confusion by God and kill each other when the battles took place.
Trump has completely exposed the national media as partisan unethical fake news hacks.
An emasculated society.
I think CNN picked this one guy as a warning shot. Shoot one animal in the herd and the herd will panic.
They thought if they tracked down this one guy, called him a racist and anti-semite, and then threatened to expose him he’d fold his tent. Thus, thousands more Trump fans will be shut up not to attack Fake News CNN.
What they did was unleash the beast of the internet. 400,000+ at The_Donald and the real weaponized autism folks on 4chan.
Yes, and then CNN dare say they are just jesting when talking about killing Trump... I think this is strong evidence that CNN has all intentions on making good on their threats and inciting purposefully
