Need suggestions for another site offering FREE third party image sharing. Photobucket just informed me that they will continue to offer that for the modest sum of 400 bucks per year. Adios, PHOTOBUCKET! Thanks.

I don’t know if it works for FB, but then I never used Photobucket for that either.

That’s another reason not to use photobucket, it won’t load if you got an ad blocker.

So it wasn't just me.
Now all of my pictures and pings will have that "3rd Party" nonsense on them.
I was looking at starting a TinyPic account.
But I too am looking for a new photo-sharing site.
Facebook is good, but I have noticed as years go by, the links get moved and tend to get broken.

Yes, what is 3rd party sharing?
Will I still be able to upload a pic and then paste the URL to FR, without having to pay photo bucket $400/year?

It takes so much time to do anything on Photobucket due to all the popups and ads. I would love to find a better hosting service.

You could create a Pseudo-anonymous account on FB to store your stuff and have access free of charge................

Why not establish you own website for image hosting?
For less than $100, considerably less, you can have your own domain.
My domain costs $4.00/month for hosting and $25 one time/year for domain name.
You’ll also need some file transfer software to get your files onto your website, but there are several FTP (file transfer protocol) software packages free for download.
