Whatever it is the bright bits on the right look like a hollow in the object, so the object may itself be hollow. It looks like it may have broken away from something else there.
The protrusion on the far side seems to be mirrored by a similar protrusion on this side as well.
If you pay attention to the shadow it is casting there is apparently a bent protrusion that is in the dark area we cannot see. Also a number of bumps that do not seem to match up to what we can see.
It looks kinda dark and melty to me as well.
There doesn’t seem to be any indication of it ever moving on the surface, so maybe it has been there a long time.

THAT is the extent of the veracity of speculations about rocks on the Martian surface; and other “objects” as well.
