Pences welcome two new furry friends to the family

Vice President Mike Pence celebrated Father’s Day by adding two new members to his family.
The Pences welcomed a new kitten and dog into their home, according to a posting by daughter, Charlotte.
“And with loss, comes new life ~ Welcome to our family, Harley and Hazel!,” Charlotte Pence posted Sunday. She included pictures of her family cuddling with a tiny grey kitten and her father getting licked by a black and white pooch.

Looks like a tiny kitty found a great loving new home at the Pence's house, as well as what looks to me like an Australian Shepherd (or part) puppy. I am very happy for the Pences to have their new adorable pets, to help heal the hole left in their hearts by the recent passing of their cat Oreo and the loss of their beagle back in October.

That is true a lot of the time. I have a feeling she will get a quiet place. Also being a kitty it won’t be as jarring & she will handle it better than a grown cat.
We have 3 cats, you sound like a fellow cat lover too : )
