Watch which foods flies and ants avoid on picnics and camping. They don’t like the highly processed junk foods.

Weve been stopping at the diner after the tests. Its also not far from the Amish market (Dutch Country), and the huge thrift store up there. Thanks for those tips! I don't get down to Laurel much any more, but could easily take Rt 1 instead of 95 or 29 for a change and check them out!

If you want to go to the Amish Market, they’re open Th-Fr-Sa, and the weekdays might be better than a Saturday; and get there early! It’s very popular and gets very crowded.

As long as you enjoy spicy and can fend off dietary nazis who are horrified by bacon (never mind bacon FAT!) you will enjoy it!!!

We’re in TN. Diet Nazis don’t come here (that I know of). If they did, they’d probably regret it. :)

Love it!
Up here, they are thicker than ticks on a dog’s ear, so I just have to ignore them (when I’m not deliberately provoking them!)

That is enough sugar to equal a donut.
You may as well just have a donut.

That is enough sugar to equal a donut. You may as well just have a donut.I know, right? The "healthy" food people often have it backwards. I have felt so much better, lost a few lbs and have fewer sugar cravings after switching back to eggs and cheese or eggs and bacon for breakfast, and laying off the bread and jam.

Don’t forget the heavy cream in your coffee.
I am on a 0 carb diet now too.
I have to take a little break from my diabetic meds that are killing me anyway.
It’s pretty bad, no longer does eating 0 carbs keep my blood sugar low. I still have to take half doses of Metformin and avoid eating in the evening.
Exercise helps too. Insulin is in my near future, I think. I’m giving another shot at weight loss.
I did well a few years back. That weight comes back n so fast.
As for eggs, they are a regular staple for sure.

Did you draw that on the computer, or is it a photo? It doesnt look like a photo. It's similar to the food "samples" in the case at Starbucks. Not edible but doesn't spoil either.

LOL! Well, Hello - after all this time ;-)
Is it like the plastic food that the Japanese have in their eatery windows?
(As I said, it needs some ‘crispies’ around the edges of the eggs :-)
