President Donald Trump has failed at getting the proper message out during his time as a politician and is "sabotaging his own agenda," political analyst Karl Rove wrote in an opinion piece.
Rove, who worked in the White House under former President George W. Bush, argued in The Wall Street Journal that Trump's Twitter habit is causing a lot of problems for him.
"Mr. Trump has figured out how to tweet his way around the mainstream media," Rove wrote. "Yet by disregarding basic fact checking, he is deepening the already considerable doubts Americans have about his competence and trustworthiness."

Karl knows a thing or two about sabotaging agendas. The Bush White House had one of the worst communications departments I’ve ever seen.

“He was W. campaign manager and he barely got W. over the finish line against Al Gore the Bore!”
Yes, and the Swift Boaters won the 2004 campaign for him also.

he is deepening the already considerable doubts Americans have about his competence

As compared to the competence of the genius who gave the Tsarnaev family lawful permanent residency status and welfare benefits.

Validity? Heck no. Not when Rove equates the mainstream media with fact checking.

I am not aware of a single tweet that has turned out to not be true. I am similarly unaware of any that have been demonstrated to be incorrect, except when one dwells on President Trump’s use of colloquialisms such as “wiretapped”.
No, Rove’s points are sans validity, IMO.

President Trump does sometimes shoot from the hip, but can you identify any such shots that were incorrect?

Rove told Tancredo not to darken the door of the White House after he opposed W’s amnesty . That was enough for me to dislike and never trust Rove. He’s not conservative.

Well, you’re a good researcher. So that’s why Rove hates Trump and Twitter.

Any validity to Rove's points ? . These days -- in the Era of Infinite and Unabashed Bias -- you must detect a reporter's or pundit's motivation, and understand their assertions will be colored with their biases.
Since Rove is a neo-con Establishment elitist #NeverTrumper, he will put the worst possible spin on anything Trump does.
So, no. There is no validity to Rove's rantings.

The first two words, “Karl Rove”, made me stop reading. The primary saboteurs of the Trump agenda are all friends of Karl Rove.

Rove is desperate to find ways to remain relevant, i.e. Still have a way to make a living after having his "expertise" discredited by events. To do so he has to dance to the MSM tune.

*applause*
Remember, folks... this is just as much about changing the RNC and GOP as it is about reversing the Liberal Agenda... and the GOP knows it, which is why they are dragging their feet.
