Is a Vasectomy Now the Only Way Men Can Be Truly Safe from Financial Extortion?
Heat Street ^ | June 5, 2017 | Martin Daubney

In some of the wealthiest neighbourhoods of the United States, a growing number of wealthy men are taking drastic measures.

A recent New York Post story – “Hamptons bachelors are getting vasectomies so gold diggers can’t trap them” – takes all we deem true about reproductive power – that women ultimately hold all the aces – and blows it out of the water.

It tells the calculated tales of four men – including a wealthy, promiscuous real estate developer who claims he caught a woman trying to inseminate herself from a condom she’d offered to flush away. “The vasectomy is insurance,” he says.

Dr. David Shusterman, a New York urologist who performs the procedures, explains: “There’s a spike in single guys who get the procedure in spring and early summer.

Not well known is the fact that a Vasectomy increases the risk of aggressive prostate cancer.

I once told my wife that regular sex greatly reduced a man's chances of getting prostate cancer. A month later I noticed my life insurance payout had been upped from $1 million to $10 million.

And my girl friend’s name had been added as co-beneficiary.

You’re liberal, I get it.

And you're the sort of intolerant bully that our enemies mimic so much.

As woman, I don’t understand the mentality of other women who force men into a situation he obviously doesn’t want to be in. My brother-in-law’s baby mama went off birth control pills without telling him, although he was adamant that he never wanted children. The kid is three years old, and he still won’t marry her (even though he’s never had a job and she’s his meal ticket). I get the impression he’s not a very doting father.

“Marriage to the woman first would help...”

Marriage to a woman is an absolute disaster for a young man with a promising career. It’s a ticking time bomb. Submitting your personal relationships to a contract with the state is crazy, especially when the contract is almost 100% favorable to the woman.

I would advise all young men with a little money and promising career to avoid contracting with the state at all costs.

No. That was one of the "benefits" of marriage. Sex was not why a man and women got married.

But, for men, now the liabilities far out way the assets. We can are argue about the whos whats whys that caused men to be trampled under in the courts and society(some could argue it is men who allowed it to happen), but frankly that is irrelevant, because today that is just the the lay of the land.

Asking for personal responsibility is not bullying or intolerant.

It never ceases to amaze me that in every topic like this that comes up at FR (or other conservative sites), conservatives who preach personal responsibility take a pass when it come to taking responsibility for children they co-create.

Every

Damn

Time

Hypocrisy is not exclusive to liberals.

“How about manning up and not being a deadbeat dad.”

How about womaning up and find a way to support the child?

In the meantime, ladies, keep holding aspirins between your knees. Bed-hopping is loathsome from either sex.

If he doesn’t want a child he should take personal responsibility for making that not happen. Otherwise, he is pushing off his responsibility onto someone else and hoping for the best.

The men in the article are least taking personal responsibility for not creating an unwanted child who will end up with no father.

“Women need to have an incentive to marry early, rather than the current widespread practice of playing around during their 20’s, in the expectation that they will get some sucker to marry their worn-out selves after they hit The Wall, and are no longer of interest to the handsome, exciting men they chased in their 30’s.”

And herein lies the problem: Women are taught from elementary school that they too can live a carefree life, go to college, and chase a career. Instead of marrying and having children in their 20s, women want to go to the club, climb the corporate ladder, spend their evenings networking at happy hours, and have as much no strings attached sex as possible.

Then, suddenly, when they hit the wall, they decide it’s time to settle down with a good man that is an active church member that went to West Point. However, no honorable man wants a pagan woman that spent her entire 20s in the clubs getting banged by random strangers.

These are single men.” Exactly. If they are doing this to women who aren’t their wife, they get whatever they deserve. You had your fun, bub, now pay for it. These guys are worse than anyone

Who's 'asking for personal responsibility'? These people are claiming extortion, at least in the case of 'single men', is justified, I'm just arguing the opposite.

Amazing how that term shows up immediately when some people DARE to shame people who SINNED, to try to STOP IT, because it is sick and not healthy.

A couple of things:

First, it did not show up “immediately”. I read through a lot of self righteous posts before I posted mine. It might also be that I see those posts as stating the obvious. I mean, yeah, if you are not married, don’t have sex. Duh.

My problem was with “the way” it was being said in some posts. It’s like a chain smoking Baptist condemning someone for getting drunk.

The Victorians and every other generation before them got married and HAD KIDS. Lots of them. How the heck do you think they had them if they were such prudes?

But they also had the sense to know that a man who chased after skirts was a cad and a lowlife.

God made things “sinful” for a reason, not just to ruin one’s fun.

That includes parting one's thighs as well as dipping one's wick, but you seem cognizant of that already.

The problem in today society is there is an incentive for women to divorce and a disincentive for men to marry. And the uniparty is just fine with that.

Yeah, no kidding. He doesn’t even take responsibility for himself. Although, from what my mother-in-law says, it seems he’s taking measures not to father another child.
