Wow, good for him!
bump
Most if not all of the series “Cheyenne” is available on DVD. I have a couple sets.
My mom suggested it to me; she watched it when it aired the first time. It is a solid, quality show that has held up very well. At fifty minutes an episode, each one is a mini-movie. Great stuff.
I guess he’s one of the last of a dying breed of TV cowboys. He and Will Hutchins (Sugarfoot) are the last 2 but I stand corrected. Happy Birthday Mr. Walker!
Wonder what he looks like today.
He was nearly killed in a skiing accident in 1971

He and Robert Fuller are about the only cowboy actors left from the Golden Age of TV Oaters.
Last year Robert Horton of Wagon Train died and he looked amazing for his age.
“To save my soul I can’t get a date, Baby’s got it tuned on Channel 8, Now Wyatt Earp and Big Cheyenne they’re comin’ though the TV shootin’ up the land.....”
One of my favorite TV shows when it first came on in the late ‘50’s and I was really into The Olympics’ “Western Movies” that played frequently on the AM radio.
And I saw “The Dirty Dozen” at least 12 times at local drive-ins with several different chickies.
I got an autographed photo of Mr. Walker for my Dad’s birthday...was nice to see him look so shocked!
I heard an interview he did with Mark Levin a few years ago. He is a great outspoken conservative and patriot.
God bless him!
‘Killdozer’ bump for a Happy Birthday, Mr. Walker!
As a kid, I was working with my mother at a local GOP event for Goldwater back in ‘64. Clint Walker was headlining the event. I walked up to him and stared him right in the belt buckle. Shook his ginormous hand. He was the biggest human I had ever seen.
I never realized until recently that he had a small part in The Ten Commandments. He was the Captain of the Guard for Pharaoh.
Kewel...

“Oh, Byron.”
Happy Birthday, Clint!
