I’ve gotten a few email extortion attempts from those who broke into Ashley Madison. Considering that I never had a Ashley Madison account nor do I play around on Mrs Clamper ... I just ignore them. However, I don’t appreciate the extortion attempt ... and whoever is doing this needs some time in prison.

Once you sign up, you can never leave. If you try to leave, AM will send you a personal letter stating that they have closed your account. It is an implied threat that the wife will read this letter, so you just keep paying to keep it quiet, even if you only went there to check out the pictures.
