Someone wrote an uplifting article about a hetero couple ? PULITZER
Heh. Not being fully familiar with Indian names, I wasn't entirely sure that was the case when I scrolled down. I was a bit surprised by the photo, to be honest.
I can't really comment on the "color-coordinating" topic, though, due to my fully-functional Y chromosome.

Yeah, me too. I was fully expecting it to be some social engineering piece about gay women, and was pleasantly surprised that it was not.

Yeah, why would -anyone- mock and laugh at a man who lets his wife pick his clothes? (snicker)

We could do that. I’d just have to help my girl find some raggedy jeans, velco sneakers, and some wife-beater t-shirts.

Only the best.

Matches the cherry trees, too. I’m not sure about his hiking shoes with the white slacks, though.

I think this is just plain silly.

Delightful and a cute couple. Thanks for putting a smile on my face!

A Turkish prison would be too humane for these two. Uh.....why?

I think something so sweet and innocent should be celebrated, not mocked. I agree. You can't fake the sort of inner happiness that comes through in their photo. The world needs more of that.

...imagine what could be accomplished if they used that energy for something productive. Oh, let 'em be. They're obviously very happy, which is all too rare a commodity these days.

Yeah, why would -anyone- mock and laugh at a man who lets his wife pick his clothes? (snicker) You probably aren't married to an old fashioned Southern gal. I am, so I'll tell you a little something.
As long as I'm out on my own, she doesn't care what I wear, as long as its legal. But when we go out together, it's a different story:
"Take off that nasty cowboy hat with the hole in it, and put on your good one - and no, you are NOT wearing those crusty jeans anywhere with me!"
Now, guys in my domestic situation know to just go with it, because that's how Southern gals roll.

“No. No, no, no, no, no. No. Absolutely not. Just no.”
That sums up what I was thinking nicely.
