On Monday morning, President Trump tweeted, implying Sally Yates could have leaked classified information to the press, just hours leading up to the former Attorney General’s hearing before the Senate.
Trump said, in what appears to be a statement directed at the Senate, that Yates should be asked “if she knows how classified information got into the newspapers soon after she explained it to the White House council.”

It's the ONLY thing Hussein, Hillary and Podesta had.

Podesta's emails were hacked and lies were released that exposed the DNC's, Hillary's, Podesta's and Hussein's ILLEGAL activities. Julian Assange (WikiLeaks) has said it was NOT Russian but has implied it was Seth Rich (the murdered DNC staffer).
It was NEVER supposed to go this long. The RATS were supposed to get Trump killed, or impeached or so screwed (like Nixon) that he would resign in disgrace. Instead, RATS are testifying and the only thing that has been proven is that the Hussein RAT administration illegally released US citizens names while doing illegal "wiretapping."
The lies are slowly being unkinked and the RATS are going to have to defend one of the biggest scams in US history.
And the presstitutes are going to have to defend their DNC friendly reporting while hiding fact after fact that should have been lead stories.
The RATS are so screwed if Sessions and President Trump continue.

Really? You don’t see the difference between his position and mine? We can discuss whether he should or not vis a vis the traditions of the office and those that have come before him. But comparing the President of the United States to an average citizen is a silly argument to make.

I would argue it is unconstitutional since it denies the states involved a republican form of government. It means the electors of certain states are representing the voters of other states, not their constituents.

We may be about to see our first indictment for perjury.

You don't need a college degree to guess what it would look like...here it is.
This hearing, like all others on Capitol Hill, will be nothing more than another dog and pony show to give the impression that the senate is doing something. Nothing will come from it except a lot of hot air. Complete waste of time and taxpayer money.
We had a NON-Justice Dept that would NOT prosecute Hillary for a crime that was obviously a felony.
We have an FBI Dir that has made an incredible fool of himself arguing that "there was no intent." The statues as everyone now knows do NOT require intent, they only require that it be shown that the action of exposing classified information was done. Intent is treason, stupidity is a felony.
Under Obama, there is case after case of obstruction of justice. The only way that happened is if Hussein himself ordered it. The REPUBS have to SLOWLY follow the path similarly to how Nixon was exposed in Watergate. The path leads to Hussein Obama.
People from the Ubama regime need to start going to Jail.

Trump has said most of us will able to fit our tax returns on a postcard. I imagine his will be a little bigger. I should have such problems.
She has to take the fifth at the beginning of proceedings. You can’t invoke the 5th amendment mid-way through testimony.
