There is no drug nor cure for Trump derangement syndrome
If liberals are going nuts..which is a weird statement since they are already nuts to begin with..than maybe, just maybe, this is a good bill..not perfect..but a decent bill..we shall see
Why am I enjoying this so much?
Irrelevant at this point.
Next, it goes to the Senate. If the Senate passes it — as is — it goes to the president. If the Senate changes it, it goes to a compromise committee.
Basically, the vote today was only Step #1 in the process.
libs are pissed that rural communities may get care again
Post this, as I refuse to access FB.
Obama betrayed our Constitutional Republic by creating a path for Socialized Medicine and government control over when, whether, and how much actual medical care you receive.
An Insurance Card is NOT Medical Care!
There is still "pre-existing coverage" and the GOP "SAVED" stinking ObamaCare for them, in a way.
Yep, I’m seeing a lot of clucking hens too and they’re all complaining they are losing their health care.
Yep. The way the libs are reacting, this was a damn good bill.
I remember that feeling with OVOMITCARE!! Let them eat cake!!!! I love it!!! Suffer bastards suffer!!!! Hahaha!!!
But... if we don't have the mandates, then its pretty much impossible to force insurance companies to treat pre-existing conditions. That would be like forcing car insurance companies to accept new policy holders whenever they decide to purchase... like right after having an accident. "Hello Geico... I just ran my car into a tree, so sign me up and pay for my new car please".
My liberal friend (singular) is going ballistic on facebook, ranting that her autistic son is going to be ruined for life now.
No, you’re right. While no bill is perfect, this moves the ball in the correct direction.
Wrong about what - Republicans have included billions of dollars in supplemental funding to cover the higher cost of insurance for those with preexisting conditions - instead of those people being paid for by others in the insurance pool, the government will pick up the cost, and people will by and large be paying more honestly for their coverage, in that they’ll be paying for their own coverage and not a lot extra for others - although the individual mandate requiring people to buy coverage will be gone, more people will probably be covered because policies will be cheaper overall, especially for the young who under Obamacare were being hit with extra payments to help pay for the elderly - no one will lose coverage except those who decide not to buy it - it’s called freedom of choice.......
It is starting to look like this uprising was very well organized.
Hahahahaaaaaaaa. LIBs are a laugh riot...especially when their tiny heads are bursting (which is most of the time). What a yuck.
They are idiots, like Congress.
Ryan and Trump affirmed pre-existing conditions will be covered.
Trump said in his interview by 60 minutes, on March 31st, that pre-existing will remain.
Tell them there is nothing to be excited about, tell them they are good people and tell them that if they know anyone who needs help with his medical bills then they can each dig into their own pockets to pay for it.
Problem solved.
A lot of liberals like this top union thug dont like this bill!
AFSCME Pres. Lee Saunders on the American Health Care Act

WASHINGTON
AFSCME Pres. Lee Saunders issued the following statement on the passage of the American Health Care Act through the U.S. House of Representatives:
The political fig leaves that were added behind closed doors to garner votes do nothing to change the facts of this bill. It will still leave at least 24 million Americans uninsured, still cut Medicaid in exchange for tax handouts for corporations and millionaires, still cause costs to skyrocket for older Americans and still eviscerate the protections for people with pre-existing conditions that are guaranteed under the Affordable Care Act.
Patient groups, healthcare providers, and voters in blue states, red states, and purple states alike have already spoken out repeatedly against this cruel and dangerous legislation. But the House of Representatives and the Trump administration chose to ignore their pleas. It now falls to the U.S. Senate to finally listen to the American people and stop this bill in its tracks.

One aspect of the Affordable Care Act that Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans like, however, is that it ensures that insurance companies cannot deny patients coverage based on pre-existing conditions. Paul Ryans plan also involves maintaining this provision.
When asked during a recent 60 Minutes interview whether he would make sure companies still cant deny coverage based on pre-existing conditions, Trump said, Yes. Because it happens to be one of the strongest assets.
This was not a new development, and Trump said throughout the campaign that he would keep this intact.
