Pinging the List.
Joy, joy, joy. Our peach tree recovered from the late frost that took the forming fruit from her and she formed20 or more baby peaches from newly emerged blossoms. The five peaches she gave us last year were delicious, and sweet beyond belief. Very rewarding from a self-pollinating tree from Tracor Supplu.

Looks to be a fruitless year. :-(
Hard freeze this past week, about 22F. This morning, we woke up to no power and a few inches of snow, and still falling...sideways. Our neighbor measured 8” at her place, between us & the county road: I called in & went back to bed.
No power also means no water. Outage lasted between 5 & 6 hours; our co-op posted pictures of one of the snapped poles they had to replace.
We need to change our crops to rice. Under water here with more coming.
Having a great Spring in Waterville/Sidney maine...Perrenial farm is getting out some beautiful plants to the vendors...we will surpass 40,000 this season I think....The snow cover has helped immensely and everything looks fantastic.
