The family of a Tennessee high school male student is suing a school district and the contractor that employed a female janitor accused of raping the teen.
The lawsuit names Roane County Schools and Compass One Services of Tennessee the contractor that employed 29-year-old Jessica Gaylon and is seeking $4.5 million in damages for negligence in allowing the alleged rape on school grounds, the Knoxville News Sentinel reported.
According to the lawsuit cited by the Sentinel, the janitor allegedly sent "flirtatious and sexual messages" to the teen who told her that her actions were unsolicited, unwanted and unwelcome."
Gaylon also allegedly invited the teen to her hotel room to have sex on Sept. 16, but he rejected her.
Officials arrested Gaylon on Feb. 23 and charged her with sexual battery by an authority figure, aggravated statutory rape and statutory rape. She was released on $15,000 bond.
Leah Watkins, director of schools at Roane County, told WBTW-TV in February that Gaylon wasnt a school employee but rather a contractor.

Does she clean clocks? Pipes too?
The boy allegedly rejected her advances on several occasions. Once should have been enough. I’m not buying the ‘rape’ aspect except in the statutory sense, and the local taxpayers shouldn’t pay out a cent. They didn’t facilitate the crime, and neither did the school, for that matter. I think this is a case of litigation-happy Americans looking for some coin.
Reminds me of another “Hair Flicker”.
Give ya a clue, Berkley.
Put her in gray overalls and hand her a mop.
Does that help? ;)
Yeah ..30 years ago it would have been the young man getting lucky.

I think you’re right; when priests raped minors the Church was only on the hook for repeat offenders they were already aware of. Otherwise, it is simply a criminal charge against the perp (the larger institution had no way to anticipate the crime).
BTW, this is a big issue with these prisoner re-entry programs (to employ ex-cons). How does a business defend itself if they knowingly hire someone with a violent criminal past, and he/she beats a co-worker or customer?
Not in the slightest. :=)
Ima have ta say - not guilty. Bright, white smile and beautiful blue eyes gits me eva time !!
Snoot ;o)
I don’t see how a janitor is an authority figure either
Is the kid gay?
I’m sorry but I think if a woman tries to rape a male and he is afraid or really it is really repugnant to him he could not be able to get an erection or he could not just bolt.
Is the writer of this piece being deliberately confusing. If she invited him to a hotel, but he rejected her, how could she “rape” him?
Bick Sitch.
look at the neck. I think she is trans and originally a guy
I’m not sure about that. But Jimmy Durante would have been jealous!
name is Galyon not Gaylon.
They have it right under the picture and wrong in the article.
Pretty girl. A little bit of a “naso beep” as we used to say in my old Bronx-Italian neighborhood
