Knowing the details, I could care less about the “student”. When you mix civilized people with animals, each should be treated accordingly.
An african american boy did that to me when I was in 1st grade. He would pull himself out of his pants and try to rub it on me and other girls. When I was in 2nd grade, he pushed me down on the playground and laid on top of me and moved up and down.
This happened when I was bussed to a very bad section of a small town in NC.
I just looked him up on the NC offender list and he is a repeat felon starting in 1979. (10 felonies and 11 misd) None are sex assault offenses.

Think of all the children who were exposed to this evil, sick, abused child, and how many children in that skool, who are exposed to TV, porn, etc. and sharing it with their buddies? That is the purpose of public “education” which is to normalize evil behaviors, mix up the good children with the evil ones, so you can normalize satanic behaviors (muslim, socialism, materialism) and hyper-sexualize all children, so they are warped for life, and will objectify people for life, and be incapable of a Christian worldview (virtue) and rational understanding of Good and Evil. They will be traumatized (brainwashed) and fixated in a puerile age where homosexuality is “good” and “normal’.
They are being exposed to ideas that should NEVER cross their minds if they are going to grow up, and be moral and rational (like our Founders). Children need MORAL ROLE MODELS-—NOT PEERS-—for virtue formation....otherwise they will NEVER be virtuous since curricula is no longer Classical Christian curricula.
Can’t have rational, intellegent children acting like mature moral adults so they have to get the moral children MIXED IN WITH EVIL children—(abused, neglected, raped children ) so the good can be warped also, to a large degree. It is like putting rotten apples in a barrel. Evil, abused children were forced out of schools in the 50s and 60s. No longer because the Marxists who designed “Prussian” mass indoctrination want evil children as role models for the good children, so they will rot them to the core.
So, we pack them together in these mass indoctrination centers, to destroy agency and embed dependency, and they can copy the WORST behavior (because that is what will make an impact and be attractive to immature children—and they are ALL immature when they go to these brainwashing skools.)
We need the WHOLE system destroyed-—obliterated. and parents need to take BACK the education of their OWN offspring and PAY for it themselves, homeschool, tutors, like the Founders. No group-(non)-think centers.

Reminds me of an situation in 9th grade Health class, which was all male as we alternated days with PE class. The coach/teacher, also the PE teacher, was out of class and one kid drew a nude lady on the blackboard.
Upon returning the coach made him face the board and stick his nose in the drawings crotch and remain there the rest of the class.
Ah, the days when school authorities could make a punishment fit the crime and not get sued.

Give the climate of today’s world, it was not a smart move. She would have been better off, personally, to have suspended him. Now the principal will suffer the repercussions, and the little rapeugee, as you call him, will be hailed as a victim. Good thing Obama isn’t still in office, as the boy would be invited to the White House, Microsoft would be offering him an internship, and you know the rest!!!

If this is a muslim child then the solution is obvious; deport all muslim refugees.
If I had my way all muslims would be deported because none of them can be trusted to not radicalize.

She could have made him sit down with his clothes on, called his parents and tell them that’s is not the proper way a boy should behave in school and it must stop. Instead of child services investigating the parents, they are investigating the principal for being stupid.
