THE saying goes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but apparently only if you eat the right thing.
Those hoping to hear the full English is the way forward will be sorely disappointed too.
According to William Cole, who specialises in nutrition, what we should be eating first thing is a little more unusual.
He told Mind, Body, Green that a breakfast crammed with fat is the key to maintaining energy levels throughout the day, and eating this way will make you more productive.

Whatever you eat shortly before bedtime, gets stored away as fat.
I have the deli counter give me some ham, sliced thick. I put it in a frying pan alongside an egg. When the egg is mostly done, I flip the ham, flip the egg on top of the ham, put a slice of chedder on top, put a lid on and let the cheese melt.
It keeps me going for a while.
We have a Large technical university in town so lots of Asians. It means we have great Asian food locally.
Coffee and cold pizza?
Provides short, medium and long term energy.
And coffee. Because if I don't have my coffee I ain't happy. And if momma ain't happy....
I love Indian food.

Yep. My supper is usually some raw veggies and I don’t eat after 6 o’clock. Sometimes I just skip “supper”
I make my own Egg McMuffins. Much better that Mickey D’s................
LOL! In this establishment, you make your own breakfast.
I will make your supper, however, if you want to lose weight.

Fry the bacon and tamp dry in a paper towel. Cook 2 French Toast in the bacon grease using 3 well beaten eggs and homemade bread. Top with a high quality maple syrup, couple with a large coffee, and that’s breakfast heaven. Juice and other drinks optional. :)

I was going to say homemade is always better then restaurant but the Thai restaurant's Tom Kha Gai is better than mine. I think she has access to some spices I don't. Or maybe it is she has been making it since she was a wee bit of a girl.
Sounds like a plan.
Crappy tequila so poorly distilled that it needs to be diluted and then “fortified”?
Why waste the paper towel?..............
With Pop-Tarts, I prefer my dairy accompaniment to be cold, liquid, and white, thank you very much.
