DWR just turned the main spillway off as the Reservoir Elevation reaches 836' (Mean Sea Level), the minimum level of the Main Spillway.

This gentleman's YouTube channel has become the go-to site for information on the Oroville Dam situation and updates. He is much more than just a reporter - a Boeing 777 pilot for American Airlines and has his own small plane. Over the past two months he has given almost daily updates with info from the CADWR web page, official updates and technical data that will fascinate engineers, geologists, earth scientists and others.

I don't feel starting a thread on but its also weather related, was watching a live stream this afternoon of a very well knownstorm chaser, they were chasing storms in north Texas, Kelly Williamsonand friend Andy Purnell, they blew through a stop sign live on youtube and the feed stopped just seconds before they t boned another​ chaser in a Jeep, all three died on scene. It should be hitting the news soon, so sad.

I was reading your post and watching Hannity when they had a news brief on showing showing a short video. Spur is east of Lubbock, TX.

I kinda messd up their names. I just had this ominous feeling of impending doom or tragedy, just something so slight, watched their live stream though it kept dropping out but i saw them coming up on the stop sign without slowing, later on the news its apparent they t boned the Wrangler of another storm chaser, all three died.

His was the first uncensored aerial video we saw. The local newspaper gave him press credentials so he can get into all the DWR meetings and he’s done a super job reporting.
