I've heard a lot of differing views directing anger, disappointment and relief at the various parties in Washington lately.
So I'm wanting to take a poll.
Did you support passage of Trump's and Ryan's healthcare bill? Or Did you support Freedom Caucus stopping it?
Pretty unreasonable question since we don’t know any details...I’ve gone the distance with Trump...I’m not giving up yet...
I’m mad at everybody. Trump for pushing a pig in a poke and Ryan for selling it to him. Everyone stinks. As usual.
FC.
I am disappointed that DJT trusted Snake Ryno in the first place. He said he wants Ryno to remain as Speaker. Doesn’t he understand they will pull this same play again and again and again?
Other than EOs which can be just as easily reversed, I don’t see winning yet.
I have never been a Priebus fan.
I still believe he is responsible for the whole mess regarding the healthcare bill.
I’ve always thought Priebus was more to the left; and this fiasco seems to prove that to me.
I’m so unhappy to know they have wasted 8 years - and ended up looking like a bunch of fools.
I am tending to believe it was on purpose. It was designed to embarrass Trump .. and I’m madder than hell over that.
I also have always thought Ryan was consumed with anger over his lost election - and his anger was aimed at the voters. So, not fixing the healthcare MESS, was just payback to the voters. I’d like to see a stronger person in the Speaker position.
>>> And he is skating on thin ice returning fire in a tweet? Hilarious.
If you think Trump got elected to pass something like Ryancare, you are wrong.... and yeah... he is.
Republicans passed a full repeal bill multiple times last year, and vowed to send the same bill up when we got a republican president... “... and Obamacare will be GONE” (speaker Ryan)
Now they do this “Oh.. well we have to do it in phases...” BULLCRAP!
GET IT GONE NOW! Letting it blow up before it is repealed is a chicken-sh*t cop out. Trump will own the damage to the economy without the support of those who put him in office if he fails to deliver on his most important promise.
I support “Repeal, not Replace”. If the FC supports that, and Trump doesn’t, then I’m with the FC on this one.
Both
Trump never ran on a straight repeal or a repeal without replacement. That said, while I don’t think the Freedom Caucus asking for more concessions would have been the answer, I think there is a possibility (hindsight will be 20/20) they did Trump a favor as Obamacare has a better rating than this bill. This bill would be around the neck of Republicans and might have caused problems in 2018/20 (as I said - hindsight will be 20/20). Now the media and left can watch if/when Obamacare collapses.
Put this in your 'retreaded' noob pipe and smoke it! If the FC is 'fake conservatism', then WTP have NO conservatives in office.
Wow, you and I think alike. I agree on all you posted!
I support the American people, so who will do more of the right things for the American people. ... and that is President Trump.
There are a few who rebel, some more than others, like Congressman Massie and Senator Paul from Kentucky.
But I don’t see conservatism in symbolism like government contractors doing big government work like education for the Republicans while unionized employees do big government work for the Democrats like education.
You still have big government education plus so so much more like this going on and a deep national debt.
All that debt leaves the USA beholden to foreign countries that have money like the Arab-Muslim ones that back the Arab Spring-Civil War and hatred of Russia by default.
