I've heard a lot of differing views directing anger, disappointment and relief at the various parties in Washington lately.
So I'm wanting to take a poll.
Did you support passage of Trump's and Ryan's healthcare bill? Or Did you support Freedom Caucus stopping it?
I support the thin red, white and blue line on this, the Freedom Caucus.
Don’t be duped by beltway kabuki. The freedom caucus has never and will never deliver for Main Street conservatives. They did deliver the speakership to Amnesty Ryan though. How principled and conservative of them.
Freedom Caucus
This is completely false. Nothing in the AHCA bill remotely resembled the “agenda items” of Donald Trump. Go back to the seven-step health care reform plan he put out during his 2016 campaign. You’ll see that the AHCA bill was a pathetic mockery of his agenda.
Heck — the Ryan bill didn’t even include anything that Trump included in his address to Congress just a few days before the bill was drafted.
On the contrary. Every major issue is connected inside the beltway. The kamikaze caucus just made every conservative item in POTUS’s agenda much more difficult. Starting with the tax reform plan which will short several hundred billion dollars that ryancare would have freed up and ending with The Wall where blue state RINOs will no doubt flip the bird at a diminished POTUS.
They don’t call it the stupid party for nothing.

Read what I said again. I said I support the FC "on this".
They did deliver on this vote. They stopped Amnesty Ryan's pathetic Obamacare light.
And speaking of supporting Amnesty Ryan, did you support him on this vote?
I am favorable to Trump agenda in however he determines best to get that done. Realizing that he had said in his campaign that sometimes you have to compromise to get things done and when you can’t get that it’s better to walk away.....I think walking away was the exact right thing to do.
I do not support either Obamacare nor Ryancare any more than I supported Hillarycare......all three are one in the same....a means for yet another government controlled scam to obtain use of the revenues healthcare and insurance sources generate...and this to further lift funds out of the pockets of the American people.
I support the president, of course, the man I voted for.
The FC refusing to say yes to the bill they improved makes them the NO Caucus.
Some members agreed and rightly resigned from the FC. I applaud them standing for their principles.
I suspect some of the FC was itching to hand this brash, upstart newcomer president a loss no matter what - and they did.
Unfortunately, the rest of us lost, too.
To clean out that tank is going to take a lot of manuvering with all the sludge built up and hardened there! Not to mention the smell!

Sorry, they delivered nothing. There is no freedom caucus obamacare repeal bill that will pass. They delivered exactly as much as when the kenyan in the White House. Nothing at all. Keeping wasting your time riding that FC train to nowhere if you wish. I won’t be.
I’m supporting POTUS and his agenda. You should too. Conservatives must hang together with POTUS or we hang separately because the only beneficiary of a weakened Trump is the GOPe and Dems. It’s that simple.
Those who stopped the bill saved Trump and all Republicans from having to defend a law that would have been indefensible.
I’d rather see the Dems keep floundering around trying to defend Obamacare.
Nothings lost...it was pulled to possibly come back to another day.....
We already knew the republican party will always shoot itself in the foot as divided as it is.....regardless of what’s trying to be passed. Swap needs to be cleaned and that’s all there is to it...Rhinos need to get out and declare themselves the Demorats that they are and stop trying to play all sides for the sake of their political nest.
Let the distinctions of the parties be clear rather than muddied by weak men and woman who will not declare their support for OUR President....just get out!
I support The President.
Trump says, that because of this we will get a better bill. Brat and Meadows are saying the same thing. Ryan is off in the corner crying.
I'll ping you when we get "a better bill".
Trump all the way! Thanks to the FC, Obamacare is here to stay!
Nothings lost...it was pulled to possibly come back to another day.....
You don’t seem to understand the process here. This isn’t a buffet where we can pick every item we want. POTUS does not have unlimited time to get everything he wants.
Basically he has the rest of this year to get major stuff done. Nothing big will happen next year because of the mid term elections and Congresscritters will be too terrified to make big votes.
The FC tantrum has thrown Trump’s entire agenda into the washing machine. How it comes out remains to be seen. But there is no doubt he is now a heavily damaged POTUS thanks to the kamikaze “conservative” wing of his OWN party. Brilliant.
“Freedom Caucus. Saved Trump an enduring embarrassment.”
Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase! Now I heard everything!!!! Oh yeah thank God for the FC otherwise we wouldn’t have Obamacare and Trump would be really embarrassed because it was repealed! Cmon people!!!!!
Freedom Caucus. I blame Ryan.
All I do know is the system of operations has changed under Trump and will continue to do so.....he’s VERY ‘time’ oriented.....as I also said he’s still getting his feet stable....
Might help you understand my perspective if you read this....it’s not just about Trumps agenda for us...if we don’t have a country that won’t matter...

You make it sound as though the choices are mutually exclusive. They’re not.
Thanks Freedom Caucus.
You know, you guys keep hanging your hat on the Freedom Caucus voting for Ryno, but everyone, even hear at FreeRepublic admitted that the last thing we should do after winning both houses and the presidency was start a damaging and embarrassing internecine battle over who should lead the house. In fact it could be said the Freedom Caucus did what all those who actually still believe the Republicans can be counted on to deliver a promise expected them to do on Rynocare, swallow their pride and toe the line. Everyone knew Ryno was not the best choice, but it would have severely damaged the party and new president to enter into an extended battle over who would lead. Ryno proved that the battle was going to be fought anyway with the bill and the Freedom Caucus answered.
