There are no words for this rambling Meet the Press interview with Governor Moonbeam. Well there are words. But throwing up your hands is just easier.
Here's Governor Brown on President Trump's proposed border wall.
GOV. JERRY BROWN:
The wall, to me, is ominous. It reminds me too much of the Berlin Wall. When I see that 30-foot wall, I worry somehow, "Are they trying to keep me in, or keep them out?"
I really think people ought to be careful because there's a lot of odor here of kind of a strongman, kind of a world where you want the ultimate leader here to be doing all this stuff. And having a wall locking the people in is one of those characteristics. I think Americans ought to be very careful when we make radical changes like a 30-foot wall keeping some in and some out.
I know California has some issues, but is Brown really under the impression that the wall is meant to keep out Californians fleeing to Mexico?
We're not going to sit around and just play patsy and say, "Hey, go ahead. Lock us in. Do whatever the hell you want. Export-- deport 2 billion, 2 million people." No, we're going to fight, and we're going to fight very hard.
Lock us in? Is Jerry Brown still insisting that the wall will keep him from finding freedom in Mexico? Please, go. No one will stop you. Or miss you.
And we'll do the right human, and I would even say Christian thing, from my point of view. You don't treat human beings like that. That is not what-- I mean, Trump's supposed to be Mr. Religious Fellow, and I thought we've got to treat "the least of these" as we would treat the Lord. So I hope he would reconnect with some of these conservative evangelicals, and they'll tell him that these are human beings, they're children of God.
Speaking of children of God, perhaps Jerry will discuss his role in the abduction and eventual murder of California children by Jim Jones, his political ally. Jones was quite influential in Dem circles and Dems, including Harvey Milk, worked hard to protect his abuses until it was too late.
It’s been 38 years since Mike Royko gave him the moonbeam moniker, what’s more amazing is that he’s governor again. Maybe we can sell CA west of the mountains to the Chinese, they’re buying west coast real estate. Or let the coast return to Mexico.
Jerry Brown posing as a Christian?
What right does that lunatic P.O.S. have to force me to living in an increasingly overcrowded, overpopulated country?
Whatever happened to the liberal dream of “Zero-Population Growth”, from the 70’s? Oh, I know: it conflicted with the more important liberal goal of destroying Western civilization by importing 3rd world barbarians.
Jerry Brown is one of the liberal termites that is eating through the hull of a sinking ship.
I think its almost time to fumigate the lower decks, before the waves come over the deck.
How many times do we have to review this for Libtards?
Berlin Wall—To keep people IN.
Trump Wall—To keep people OUT.
As for Californians, we’ll be absolutely delighted to see them go. They’re too high maintenance and always vote wrong. Their values are not American values.
Anything we can do to facilitate Calexit, just let us know.
Put a one-way door to Mexico - Californicators that want to leave can use it.
Dear Governor. If you go to Mexico illegally they will throw you in jail.
Let Americans into California and get the Kalifornians out!
California already punishes its people with an ‘exit tax’ to leave the state. Who’s trying to keep a (monetary) fence up to prevent people from leaving (never mind that the Mexican border is maybe only 10% of their total border)?
Thank you, Jesus. Building a wall to keep out illegals is a dam good idea. Read on.

CALI Gov Brown: Not Christian to Build Wall to Keep Out Illegal Immigrants
Breitbart.com ^ | 26 March 2017 | Pam Key / FR Posted by Rockitz
EDITED--Sunday on NBCs Meet the Press, Gov. Jerry Brown (D-CA) said it was not a Christian thing to build a border wall to stop undocumented immigrants from coming into the United States because he said they were children of God and, They should be treated that way.
Brown said, We are going to do the right, human, and I would even say, the Christian thing, from my point of view. You dont treat human beings like that........I thought we had to treat the least of these as we would treat the Lord. "
"So I hope his conservative evangelicals tell him that these are human beings, and theyre children of God, they should be treated that way, Brown added.
With all the free stuff in Kalifornia... there will NEVER be a need to try keeping Kalifornians IN.
Depend on it ... if a 700 lb. Bengal tiger is chasing you and you’re throwing T-bone steaks at him...he’ll never go away...!
Well, maybe it's a wall to Californians in California so they wont contaminate the rest of America....maybe :)
Easy question to answer, Jerry. Leave.
I’m so proud that he is my governor. All I can hope for is Divine intervention like a dam bursts over his head or a drunk illegal runs him over at the dedication of a statue for some transgender that discovered San Canholio.
Cue the theme from ‘Twilight Zone”
Has Moonbean ever heard of planes?
Its been 38 years since Mike Royko gave him the moonbeam moniker, whats more amazing is that hes governor again.
History repeats. First as tragedy, then as farce.
If a Republican politician said he had done something because it was “the Christian thing to do”, can you imagine the outrage from the left”? They’d be demanding his resignation immediately for violating the 1st Amendment.
