FULL TITLE: Cover-up? Did kidnapper’s wife, an admin assistant at school office, know of pervy husband’s indiscretions with student?
AMBER Alert teen, 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas, is still missing and likely with her former teacher, Tad Cummins, 50. Jill Cummins, Tad’s wife, was apparently working an administrative assistant at the school district’s central office when her husband was reprimanded for having an inappropriate relationship with Elizabeth.
Jason Whatley, lawyer for Elizabeth’s father, Anthony Thomas, revealed that even after Tad Cumming was written up for having an inappropriate relationship at school with Elizabeth, he continued to work at the Culleoka Unit High School for a few weeks after. Anthony, who was never alerted about the ordeal until his lawyer had a letter hand-delivered to the school, thinks that the district may have tried to cover up the entire thing.

have gone ahead and posted the story you sent me. After listening to the podcasts by Nancy Grace felt I should.
These schools let one weirdo get past them.
It’s been more than 72 hours since this child’s been missing, almost two weeks that means it’s going to be very hard to find her now. They will probably relocate to a place where it’s normal for a man his age to be with a child her age. You all know what I mean by this too. FLDS country.
This is horrific on so many labels.
First Union comes first, and jobs, the kids be damned.
THEN the father didn’t find out for two weeks.
NOW since no one knew, they’ve disappeared!!
This girl might think she’s in love. This guy should have been in jail day of being reported.
Instead it was covered up and God knows where they are.
Her poor father too. The family lawyer says his blood pressure is through the roof and his heart rate is up. I pray he does not suffer a heart attack or stroke. Can imagine any father would be climbing the roof over this.

I originally thought they might be headed to the Gulf Coast but ai heard that the car may have been sighted in Texas.
If that were my child I would be planning on how I’m going to kill that bastard slow and painful. He will get caught eventually.

If it was my NIECE, i’d be in jail for knocking out the principal, I CANT imagine if it was a daughter.

Point is Tad researched very well how to “go off the grid” right down to his car. Police think the reason Tad and Elizabeth was spotted in Alabama is that Liz turned on her cell phone and it pinged. Because Tad is watching the news he saw this and this is why we’ve seen nothing of them since.
That sighting in Texas, no one is 100% sure of. If they were heading for Mexico they are already there by now.

Listening to Nancy Grace’s podcast with the sheriff/police chief, sounds like they did not want to name the ‘teacher’ in the Amber Alert. he knew him and his family a long time, and didn’t want to embarrass him/his family if they later found out he as at the Mall.

Did this wife know what her husband was doing? I sure hope she’s talking to law enforcement about everything she knows. Did he indeed have some relationship to this girl before they both disappeared??? Was it “common knowledge” in the community but nobody said or did anything???

She’s only 15. 100 years ago or maybe longer gals got married at that age.
This is 2017 and she’s a baby. There’s no such thing as “consensual sex” between a 15 year old and any boy above 16. (Of course I don’t condone that, but i’m speaking legally and for the LEAST bit of morality)
Crushes are brutal at that age and kids don’t know what they’re feeling.
She should have left him the SECOND she found out.
And he needs to go to prison for a long time
