Tragedy as man drinks an entire bottle of tequila in one go to win a $630 bet and DIES moments later

It was the bet to end all bets, and ultimately a man's life.
A 23-year-old man died from alcohol poisoning after chugging an entire bottle of tequila in a Dominican nightclub.
Kelvin Rafael Mejía decided to down the lot as part of a friendly wager between friends.
The insane bet was all caught on camera and then posted online.

An MIT student named Scott Krueger died from alcohol poisoning in a similar incident back in 1997. He died when is BAC went north of 0.4.
MIT ended up paying out $6 million as a settlement, of which $4.75 mil went to the dead man's parents.

I never took a bet where you’d 3 or 4 shots in a row. I figured I’d be the guy who got shot #3 halfway down and then blows it back out through his nose, I’ve seen that before. Stupid stuff you do in college, not smart.
