Joe Biden's daughter-in-law, Kathleen, has filed for divorce ... but long after she told her husband to leave the family home.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kathleen claims she and Hunter Biden formally separated in October 2015, and they've been living separately ever since. She says in legal docs she asked him to leave July 5, 2015, "due to his conduct the night before." The docs go on to say they had a prior agreement, if he engaged in the conduct in question he would leave.
The documents do not describe the conduct, although she says Hunter's "recent conduct creates situations that are unsafe or traumatic for the parties' children, and his judgment is frequently impaired." She goes on to claim Hunter was a lavish spender "on himself and his own pursuits." The October date is significant because the separation occurred just 2 months after stories surfaced Hunter was allegedly caught up in the Ashley Madison scandal ... something he denied. The divorce docs were filed last December. Hunter is now involved with Hallie, the widow of his brother, Beau, who died in May 2015 from brain cancer. She's asking for sole physical and legal custody of their 1 minor child. They have 3 kids, and 2 are adults. He's asking for joint physical and legal custody.
In case anyone missed the relevance of this to current events, Hallie and her brother-in-law, Hunter are hooking up, and their Dad thinks it’s just awesome.

Maybe..but the fact that he is now involved with his dead brothers widow says there may be something about him

Or, it might say something about Kathleen. I notice how fast she was to decide he is a physical danger to the children. That’s how a chick says, “I’m really angry at you”.

Excuse me. If either party breaks the vows of marriage and/or any previous agreement to the marriage (i.e. through infidelity, criminal behavior, neglect, etc.) the OFFENDING party needs to pack his/her bags. However, if the OFFENDING party is threatening bodily harm to the targeted spouse/partner, then dear targeted spouse - don’t waste your time packing. JUST LEAVE NOW. <<<< THAT, Mr. Rhino, is “chick mentality”.

These days..it’s kind of weird.
There is a guy that claims the video of her coming out of exercise facility shows she has a beard. I can’t see it..but the SS agent sure didnt want Michelle’s picture taken nor did Michelle. She kept blocking with her arms, etc.
I just don’t have room in my mind for yet another political celebrity Soap Opera. Last week, I knew and cared nothing about these people, this week I still don’t care.
If this had flared up during the Obama regime, that would have made for some interesting reading and speculation.

That is exactly what I did when my ex demanded a divorce. I told her, “you want the divorce, YOU leave.” I thought the optics of that were important for my two teenage sons to observe. Later, they were able to fill in the blanks on their own without my help.
Maybe SHE broke the marriage vow by not giving up the booty. And all you did was restate the chick mentality and say he NEEDS to move. We all know that’s the chick mentality.
Doors work for her as well as anyone else.
But honestly, he’ll have WAY more fun at Hallie’s house anyway.
Hence the term, “merrywidow”.
