In the very second that the clock struck midnight and the Norwegian Evangelical Lutheran Church’s new liturgy allowing gay couples to marry in church weddings came into force, Kjell Frølich Benjaminsen and Erik Skjelnæs tied the knot in Eidskog Church.

A church synod voted on Monday to approve the new liturgy, or service, allowing same-sex couples to get married in the church.

At the stroke of midnight, Benjaminsen and Skjelnæs stood before the altar and made their vows in front of pastor Bettina Eckbo, who led the historic ceremony.

“It was great fun and really cozy to be a part of,” Eckbo told NTB. …

You can call it a wedding, but not one recognized by God. Only the Godless state.

When I read about things like this, I understand why there is an anti-western sentiment in Islam.

They’d hate “the west” even if the vast majority were Bible-believing Christians who did not do this kind of stuff.

A woman preacher .Guess she offered them a bite of her bad apple and they took it.

They might call it a church but their god is the god of this world the one called Satan. The Destroyer.

Pro 16:25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

If you look closely at Genesis you may notice that humanity doesn’t have a morality problem but a holiness one.

Islam is a false and violent religion; but, it is one that seeks to be moral in certain ways that are still valid despite the rest. That is as you would expect given that it’s true authors were out to deceive and destroy men who still knew certain things about morality (though not all).

But Islam, like all false religions, can do nothing about unholiness.

Yet even a Muslim, unholy though they are, can still have aspects of morality that a grossly immoral person cannot, having cast aside moral judgment for ideological ones.

In Revelation, at least speaking for myself, I think we see there being conflict on the Earth right up to the end, meaning that the whole world may be affected by AC’s kingdom but not necessarily part of it. I look at our times as if Satan’s kingdom is presently being split into camps for this conflict with some Caliphate of unholy yet trying to be good people warring against those who are convinced that they are nice and tolerant but are simply immoral as well as unholy. Thus there is a broad way leading to destruction for those who want to be good and one for those wanting to be nice and both get to congratulate themselves that they are better than those people (while both will viciously seek to harm the Saints).

They’d probably hate us more.

But their terror tactics would have to change, as they understand that terror is ineffective against real faith.

Some Europeans seem to think, or at least boast, that if things get really bad the Europeans will get annoyed ... and when Europeans get annoyed they get really, really annoyed and bad things happen. But that assumes that the proverbial timbers of Europe aren’t through and through with dry rot. The politically correct ideology that dominates in Europe practically assures they will crumple under a load, not unleash a load.

Churches in the US will have to deal with this at some point in the future. There WILL be lawsuits trying to force Churches to do homosexual ‘weddings’.
