The DC police, always too late to prevent violence even when they know it is coming. We haven’t had a sharp Chief of Police since the 50’s. Good guys, but crippled by the Democratic mayor and Shitty Council, an anti-police Wash. Post, and a tendency to cover up anything about the communists and anarchist psychopaths who trash the city and get away with it.
Seems logical to me.
