This is my hometown paper. It leans way to the left. Every week the editorials and questions of the week have input from folks that live in Philthadelphia, Spittsburgh and out of state. Over 75% of our county voted from Trump but, you would not know it from this rag.
The question of the week on the right side is, "What's your prediction for the nation when Donald Trump takes office3?" Yes, and I left in the typo to illustrate how horrible the editing of this paper is.
Already there is a Facebook post from a professor at Peirce College saying Trump will fail and will be impeached.
Please smack this poll down. Thanks.
VOTED, notice of POLL TO FREEP
Only 10 votes so far.....................and 3 of them are US!..................
4 now.
Frankly, the way you combat that liberal rag is to ignore and diminish it in all the aspects of your daily life.
It, the paper, should be your sole focus of derision, laughter in all aspects of your life, and yes, pity.
The worst thing you can do is to try and rail against the system that they control and shape to their own ends in printing their trash.
We had a hunting cabin in that area, near Gaines. Such a charming town. Just the kind of place libs love to infest when they evacuate big city sinking ships.
Voted like a democrat.
The vote stayed open for several votes.
Affirmative action proofreaders?
Voted, should I do like in Philly and Detroit and keep voting until I am sure it “took”?
Lol. Why would someone waste their time and vote I don’t know? Ya, I know it is for the undecided. However, if you are still undecided then you REALLY DON’T KNOW! So I guess that it makes sense.
Quietly laughing to myself in cubeville. 46 to 3 now.
It only let me vote once.
Gotta love a newspaper where one of the leading headlines is about the Goodwill store moving to a new location!
Freeped.
done
Small paper, big freep.
In my area the conservatives are about 75% compared to 25% liberals. But the local newspaper is liberal.
It’s still a mystery to me why 50 years ago, even 30 years ago more conservatives did not invest in newspapers. Could have helped all across America to counter the liberal bias with true unbiased reporting.
Nowadays newspapers are not very profitable. They still chug along and continue their liberal tones, even in small towns.

I meant there are too many pretty women in the pic.
