There are no other news releases on the alleged Clinton Foundation shut down. I think Drudge would have posted a major “siren alert” if true.
So I guess the Clintoooons aren’t feeling so “charitable” these days. Must be why they’ve decided to take the money and run.

Sounds like it’s shutting down precisely to forestall a freeze—and maybe somebody in NY Labor Dept might have given the Clintoons a heads up.

According to that report, there are 22 employees at the NY Office, it’s described as a “plant layoff”, and they are officially out of there on, of all coinkydinks, April 15th, tax day!
If they're terminating a tax-exempt public charity (which I believe the Clinton Foundation is/was), they're required to use the organization's remaining assets "for exempt purposes" ... or to transfer the charity's assets to another public charity or government entity.
Of course we know the law doesn't apply to the Clintons!
