Tucker Carlson and Glenn Beck brawled over his inflammatory rhetoric on Trump, his support of Ted Cruz, what hes learned from the election, why Clinton lost and why he thinks Trump should be given a chance. The interview starts off with Beck denying he said Cruz was anointed by God to be president.
Beck said, I never said he was anointed by God to be president of the United States. I do believe that people are called, all of us are, youre called for your job, Im called for my job, all of us are called for a specific time. That doesnt mean that he is the only one who can do it. It doesnt mean any of that. And it certainly doesnt mean that God is going to make that happen. We all have to play our roles.

Glen Beck has finally realized that he is running out of friends and supporters and he needs to reinvent himself quickly.
The question is why would Carlson book Beck on his show?
No one cares what Beck, that loon says.
Thanks for posting. I used to be a very big Beck fan. I’ll never watch/consider/listen to this POS again as he called Trump supporters “brownshirts” on his radio show about 6 months ago. I was so infuriated I wrote it down (time and date) and then turned off my car radio. You don’t know my life Glenn Beck. I’d spit in your face if I ever met you. ESAD punk.
Beck calls himself a libertarian... I just think what passes for party Libertarian these days is not libertarian philosophically
Libertarians have strayed what used to pass as libertarian
From natural law protecting us from government law...to government laws supposed to protect us from natural law
I think Beck was terrified at the beginning of the interview. I think he was so guarded it was not funny. there was a sparing at the beginning where tucker tried to give beck enough rope to hang himself but beck a lot more savvy then other that tucker has taken on did not double down but carefully went in with draw on statements he has previously made. I think tucker saw this and that Glen Beck was being honest about his views and decided 2 to 3 minutes into the interview not go for the juggler on issues when Beck toned down the rhetoric and said we have to give Trump a chance.
Beck said, I never said he was anointed by God to be president of the United States.
Creepy Glenn Beck repeatedly says Ted Cruz is God’s anointed candidate...

Good point, he’s Mormon.
Not enough groveling, but Glenn did seem to have spent some introspective moments these last two months...
Glen Beck is one of the only talk show hosts who talks philosophy or fundamental ideas. Whether I agree with him or not, he offers more than a headline approach to daily events. I listen all the talk shows though. When the others cut to commercials or news, Beck doesn’t and so I tend to catch a few minutes during my commute.
He tends to be overly dramatic, IMO, but I would count him on the right side of Western Civilization.
What you saw was a fair amount of honesty in the face of the fact that all men are liars.
The headline is a little misleading. Brawl is overstates the case. Both parties were cordial to each other. Tucker deserves credit for asking Beck very direct, tough questions while remaining polite and civil. As far as Beck is concerned, he clearly understands that he`s completely lost his credability. What a drastic change in his demeanor from just a few years ago. He looked visibly shaken throughout the interview.
Better Mormon than Moslim.
Interestingly, that photo was snapped just shortly before she fell right flat on her face.
I was surprised to see that Carlson’s producer(s) saddled him with Beck as the opening segment on his new 9:00 PM show.
Is that the best they could do?
Carlson has had some great interviews on his show - this wasn’t one of them.
I watched some of it but had to give up as Beck has become unbearable.
I think Beck was a good choice for January, 2017. When I heard he was going to be on Carlson I was interested in what would transpire (although I was at work when it happened).
A concise reconciliation of (supposed ((in the case of Beck)) conservatives for a new year.
Carlson was exemplary. And Beck showed that he (sigh-as I had prayed for and hoped for success for him) was.. lost..
I get it. Beck supported Cruz (as I did). The primaries were a time to learn about the candidates. Instead, Beck froze on Cruz and refused to consider that Trump was the only way to overcome the uniparty of which Jeb was the totalitarian representative and designated winner. The fact that Trump outlasted the 16 + nominees means something (and not that Russia paved his way lol).
Beck is smart. I do believe that he tries to seek God. He will, at some point, begin to realize that Trump became president at this time for a reason (not a nefarious reason). (Personally, I can’t believe that anyone in the USA would desire that we would have a president with any ties to the uniparty.. which would lead to total annihilation of our country). I hope Beck wises up before it is too late.
That night was terrible.. I was so embarrassed FOR HER.
Asking the candidates how they felt as the debate started, it was so unprofessional. Would a man ask that question??
The beginning of the end for Megyn (me again) Kelly.
Beck is an idiot ...period
A rainmaker huckster who weaves whole cloth crap from morsels of truth
No conservative who searches for truth will bend a knee at the MLK altar
Reagan very reluctantly signed on the holiday for a damn good reason
