Nothing about public assistance remotely requires calculated expulsion of fathers from families. Welfare was designed to maximize govt. bureaucrats' control of families' intimate lives, control only able to be exercised by destroying families by cutting out fathers.

Catholic Priests used to build up strong families before the new Fr. Plegers started exploiting families in the Back of the Yards. In the depression, when it was 'get out and hustle or starve', 82% of Black families were intact, with a father to teach sons to be men, according to Black biz booster Robert Woods on Sr. It was the Civil Rights Establishment's association with Govt and anti-family Eggheads that turned them against the "68 percent of those blacks who are second-generation college graduates were born into entrepreneurial households. These were the people that had nice houses, small businesses, and barber shops. These entrepreneurs tended to convey the importance of education to their children. Unfortunately, this entrepreneurial legacy was abandoned by black leaders in the 1940s and 1950s. As a consequence, there was a rapid decline in the entrepreneurial activity within the black community. Our history of success was lost, and we took on the role of victims to racism who were trapped in poverty. Personal incentive to escape the situation was dead.'

Fifty years and 3 generations after fathers were expelled from the family by social workers who took the family purse stings, Chicago and other inner city families are under Syria-civil-war level genocide, their own lost sons and fathers the shock troops against their own people, just fine with Planned Parenthood and the Great Foundations, which planned the killings as much as the Mafia planned to attack Black families with heroin. Trump needs to declare Chicago a war zone and appoint a Military Governor. Fr. Pfleger and Rev. Jeremiah Wright by would no doubt be leaders of 'The Resistance.'

Trump Needs to Put a Stop to Obama's Murderous Legacy to Chicago's Black Community

By instituting a community militia to bring to a dead stop, the open, Syria-type warfare on Chicago streets.

The impact of the President's term as a community organizer has been severely under-appreciated. Chicago's murder pandemic is the end result of his calculated exploitation of American Black communities--to which he is alien.

The President's application of Saul Alinsky's weaponized cultural Marxism has resulted primarily in raising the Chicago Black homicide rate to the proportion of ethnic cleansing--perhaps the ultimate goal defined in elite foundation boardrooms.

The surface result of the President's racialistic implementation of Alinskyism is ginning up young African-American men to be unable to resist the cultural script of lethally defying police civil authority--even those who secretly want to live. But police go home at night.

Ninety-nine percent of that grand theft auto mentality operates on the innocent people.

Sync the description of Alinsky's core program with Administration policies formenting young Black warfare against their own communities:

"'The organizer's first job is to create the issues or problems,' and 'organizations must be based on many issues.' The organizer 'must first rub raw the resentments of the people of the community; fan the latent hostilities of many of the people to the point of overt expression. He must search out controversy and issues, rather than avoid them, for unless there is controversy people are not concerned enough to act.…An organizer must stir up dissatisfaction and discontent.'"

This is not a recipe for life happiness for kids, families and communities, it is a witches brew to produce a poison to turn peoples and nations into easily controlled thralls.

Trump knows all this. His staff needs to shield him from the feke-blizzard coming at him, so he can practice his true calling of statesmanship.

The ultimate revenge against the President is to thoroughly purge his influence from history.

I went to college (3.5yrs) to be a social worker to help. I quit when I found out the Government didn’t want to help cure poverty because then they would be out of a job. Their solution was more government programs.
Started my own business that creates value.
