31-year-old man is suspected of slashing a womans leg with a samurai sword during an argument in San Franciscos Outer Sunset neighborhood, police said.
The suspect, whose name was not released, was arrested by police after the Monday morning incident at 32nd Avenue and Noriega Street.

OK, I admit that the sound of the waves was good. Other than that, the beach was windy, and it was usually deserted. The water was almost always too cold for swimming. Depressing.
While I did not think of it as a bad neighborhood, one night while I lived there, a man was almost cut in half by a shotgun blast. This happened about half a block from where I lived. Apparently a drug deal went bad.
I don't miss the place.
