I hate vanities, but I finally felt this needed to be discussed. Since it happens at two disparate locations and hardware, I know it's a Freerepublic issue.

I have the same page loading problem most of the time. No similar issue with other websites.
titles vs titles + some body text is a choice on the page.

I would suggest running a good antivirus program and spyware is possible also. I have been fighting a trojan for weeks and am to the point I am going to shut own and freshness the stupid windows 8

Me too. First forum page loads quickly but homing in on a thread or replying takes a long time to load. A slow down somewhere for sure.

Yup, I think it’s the Russians too. I keep getting error messages in Cyrillic and an occasional pop-up video praising the President-Elect.....
