After punching her out, he conveniently left. He could just as easily left when she became angry but he didn't...he chose to stay so that he could punch her out.

The guy shouldn't have hit her, but remember that these video clips are being released in conjunction with a civil lawsuit that she has filed.

1. He should have been charged with assault, and he was.

2. Two of the three counts in her lawsuit were thrown out by the judge -- and the third should be, too.

SHE ASSAULTED HIM and it is NOT his responsibilty to be measured in his response when an insane woman is attacking him.

Did you even watch the video? I did. HE INITIATED the argument. In the video, at 0:30, HE WALKS UP TO HER, and apparently says something which enrages her. She shoves him, and he responds by decking her.

A punch from a football player, against someone much smaller, is potentially deadly force, and is an unreasonable escalation against an assault which is not likely to cause him damage. Give her a slap, OK. Punch her in the face and knock her down? Not OK. He needs to go to jail.
