SNOPES has lost all credibility as fact checker... the spin they use, especially on things political, is mind boggling.

Facebook is a private entity, they can do what they want...Seems to me people on both sides are sort of getting over Facebook....what an opportunity for it to face some REAL competition from some smart, young Conservative upstarts....
I despise Zuckerberg. Maybe it’s because he is Jewish but also an atheist. A Jewish man who denies the role G-d has played in the history of his people is a supreme idiot, IMHO.
Facebook will soon become a leftist echo chamber. Most conservatives will just shut down their account and move onto something else.

Every time I go on Facebook
- 1/3 of the posts are banal political opinions, with obligatory links to Mother Jones or Slate
- 1/3 are posts of the Hawaii vacation of someone I went to high school with 30 years ago, and haven’t thought about since
- 1/3 are cat pictures, memes that reinforce the inane political opinions, someone’s children’s artwork, someone, who I went to high school with 30 years ago, selling cheap jewelry or organic cleaning products.
In other words, although it’s not all garbage in the strict sense, I have no time in my day for it.
Who says so? Why.... SNOPES of course!

What a scam! Let’s see if they decide that the totally biased lies-by-omission posts about Standing Rock are fake news. That is all over facebook, and the liberals share it with tears in their eyes.
Facebook is a useful platform for some purposes. I am part of a worldwide community of breeders for my rare dog breed, and FB has enabled a huge breakthrough in communication among us all. It is also used for groups related to online classes I take, and is very flexible for that purpose and increases the value of the courses. But I stick to those groups, and unfollow everyone personally, because outside of targeted groups, it is an undesirable neighborhood.
SNOPES still says that Muslims cheering in New York on 911 was fake. Others like Coulter firmly say it is true. Who is lying?
