I am a little concerned, because it seems to me the article contains a lot of propaganda and has a very anti-Trump bent. Should I be concerned?

Yes, because it is totally untrue. Our present Pres. has had no military experience (He and Michal loath the military) and as far as his government experience was before he was elected, it was minimal at best.

If you don’t want your child propagandized and brainwashed in leftist lies and hate, you should home-school them.

Yes, be concerned!

Private schools shouldn't force feed kids lefty propaganda, but then, you say that you live in Canada. I don't really know your educational system, so am just going by what I know in the States.

If you don't hear back soon, go see the Headmaster/mistress and complain!

It is the same mangled half-truths, innuendos and lies we here in the States have been getting from the “news” [print and broadcast] for a year.

Obama refused to show his grades. Had the lowest participation rate in the Senate, and did not serve in the Military.

Yes, you should be concerned. Write to the school district, those in charge of choosing this source, to the local newspaper, and the provincial office in charge of education.

Here’s the link the publication online and contact information for them. English and French. All those concerned about this serious propagandizing pretending to be current events should contact this publisher, as well. Also, check out who publishes this and see what other political activism they are involved in and are inappropriately infusing in your children’s daily education. It should not be scandalously biased and downright falsified indoctrination.

I’d argue that President-elect Trump has more government experience than most politicians, since he’s had to navigate the myriad rules, regulations and diktats imposed by local, state and federal agencies.

Of course. You are probably surprised that the private school you send your daughter to is little better than the public schools. Your mistake. They are all part of the same system, just with different levels of propaganda and angles of attack. You will never be able to keep this crap away from your daughter so you better help her open her eyes to see what is being thrown at her and help her build her defenses.

You and your interactions and discussions with her at home are her best defenses at this age. Teach her that the world is full of liars and thieves and con men and that many of them are politicians, news readers and TEACHERS. Don't try to protect her childhood innocence. She needs to be able to protect herself when you are not there to do it. Like when she is sitting in a classroom.

If she doesn't learn this soon they will take her mind into their world and she may never find her way back out. Go to it dad, you're the one to open her eyes to the reality of this world. Help her build herself into a strong, perceptive, free thinking woman. We will be needing her in the future to help our cause. Freedom.

It's true he had no Federal military service, but he did go to a 4 year military academy. That's quite a bit more than Bill Clinton, who loathed the military, nor Obama, who I guess never even signed up for selective service at 18 which was/is the law.

Point out we don't elect Presidents based on the popular vote.

Perhaps the teach doesn't understand our country.

I’m assuming that the items you specified above were picked out of a somewhat longer piece so it’s hard to tell what the overall balance was. Most of the things you mention are just facts so it doesn’t come across as “a lot of propaganda”. The last two items could be seen as cherry picking material to be negative. If you feel that the piece is biased it is appropriate to let the teacher know briefly but at this point I would not flip out but just wait to see what else comes down the pike.
