Got ahold of some Jameson’s when I was a young man.

I was hungover for a week one day.

This will require additional research. Perhaps I can tie it to Global Warming and get a grant.

Well, for starters, we Scots don't wear knickers under our kilts ;-)

“In reference to their signature booze...”

I know. I’m just yankin her chain a bit.

I’m honestly out of my depth on Irish whiskey. I’ve only ever drunk Scotch whiskey, Jack Daniels, and homemade.

The Irish also usually don’t use peat to dry out their barley, unlike the Scots.

Score one for the Irish on that.

Irish have an ‘e’ in their Whiskey.

The Scots have no ‘e’ in their Whisky.

Aye.

Lynch says that Irish whiskey has a flavour profile that suits the Asian palate very well. Lynch says that Irish whiskey has a flavour profile that suits the Asian palate very well.

He typed the original line only once, but his editor added the second so the Irish would be able to read it...

I once traveled to Ireland twice a year on business, and bought quite a bit of Black Bush, Bushmills Black Label, in the duty free shop at Shannon. You couldn’t get it in the US at the time. Coworkers and friends all always wanted a bottle. It’s good but I didn’t understand the fuss. I preferred then and still prefer a good single malt Scotch.

Travelling to the North since ‘93 has afforded me some spectacular Irish and especially Bushmills.
