Man admits to faking hate crime in Malden (Mass.)

In the latest case of a faked hate crime, a 20-year-old man has admitted he made it up when he told Malden cops he was harassed by two men proclaiming it’s “Trump country now.”

I am going to continue to call hoax on any "hate crime" whining until they have a rate of at least one real to ninety false. A "hate crime" that visits no tangible harm or inconvenience on the "victim" must be assumed prima facie to be a hoax. Car keyed? Maybe, but still odds are about 99 to one against.
