Government is the only enterprise in the world which expands in size when its failures increase. Aaron Wildavsky gives a credible account of this dynamic. Wildavsky notes that the Madisonian world has gone “topsy turvy” as factions, defined as groups “activated by some common interest adverse to the rights of other citizens or to the permanent and aggregate interests of the community,”4 have been transformed into sectors of public policy. “Indeed,” says Wildavsky, “government now pays citizens to organize, lawyers to sue, and politicians to run for office. Soon enough, if current trends continue, government will become self-contained, generating (apparently spontaneously) the forces to which it responds.”5 That explains how, but not why. And certainly not why we are so comfortable with that result.”

How about Alex Kosinski, Janice Rogers Brown, or Miguel Estrada?
Ann and Laura would not only be strong conservative constitutionalists, but would make the Court look better too.
So young that he’ll be younger 20 years from now than Donald is today.
How about Judge Roy Moore?
I’m too busy enjoying the vision of Ann in the robe handing down decisiond.
And their decisions would be supurb.

I would suggest judge Roy Moore, the “Ten Commandments” judge, but he is 70 years old. Pity.
His protege, on the Alabama Supreme Court is Tom Parker, but he is 66 years old.
Judge Priscilla Owen, from Texas, would tear apart Roe v. Wade like nobody else. 62 years old. She was previously nominated to the SCOTUS.
Judge Janice Rogers Brown, one of the few sane judges from California, who moved up to the D.C. Circuit. 68 years old.
Gary George Kreep. California hates him. Harassed Obama about his birth certificate.
Judge William H. Pryor Jr., from Alabama, 54 years old. Very hated by the left, oddly enough Obama appointed him to the US Sentencing Commission.
Finally I would suggest Ted Cruz, because for all his flaws, he is legally brilliant and would be a huge asset on the court. His temperament would also seem to be a good fit to the court.
Who is the youngest strong constitutionalist available. At this point, I’m looking for longevity.
