I have not posted much during this campaign. But since you asked, here goes.

I don’t like Donald Trump. I had a very low opinion of him during the Republican debate and primary season, and I expressed my criticisms of him. I did not vote for Trump in the primary. I think he is the worst Republican candidate of my lifetime. But I will vote for Trump on Tuesday.

Actually, I will not be voting so much for Trump himself as for a Trump administration. I think it likely he will have some competent conservatives in his administration who will do a lot of the heavy lifting. In particular, I will be voting for a Trump administration over against a Hillary Clinton administration, which I think will be ten times worse and a continuation—even an acceleration—of the national nightmare that has been the Obama administration.

I am a constitutional conservative and a social conservative. Therefore I oppose everything Obama and Clinton and the Democrat Party stand for: murder/abortion; perversion/sodomite “marriage”; stealing/forced redistribution of wealth; the loss of religious liberty; and the blatant disregard for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Hillary Clinton has pledged to appoint only Supreme Court “justices” who will uphold Roe v. Wade (abortion) and Obergefell v. Hodges (homosexual “marriage”), both of which are unconstitutional usurpations of the rights of the states to have laws against such, according to the Tenth Amendment. Hillary Clinton will further the attacks on the religious liberty of Christians to practice their religion, according to the First Amendment. Hillary Clinton will continue Obama’s agenda of the federal government intruding itself into our lives, trying to regulate more and more aspects of our lives. And of course Hillary Clinton and the Democrats will continue their main appeal for the past 84 years, which is the forced redistribution of wealth, stealing money from some citizens, against their will, in order to give it to or pay the bills of other citizens, which is a form of involuntary servitude.

I know what a Hillary Clinton administration will do. I’m not sure what a Donald Trump administration will do, but I know it will not be as bad. I don’t like Donald Trump, but, given the alternative, I will hold my nose tomorrow and vote for him.
