Donald Trump has pulled level with Hillary Clinton in Pennsylvania, at 46 percent each, according to a new poll by Harper Polling.
The poll shows signs of the race trending Trump in the waning days of the campaign, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are tied in the Keystone state (46-46%, 2% Johnson, 1% Stein, 4% Undecided), said a statement by Harper Polling, which earns a good score in Nate Silvers ranking of polling firms.
Trumps gain in Pennsylvania could be decisive, because he needs to win one of the traditionally Democratic states to reach the victory line at 270 Electoral Votes, assuming he wins all the other states where he has a polling lead.

Trump will win Pennsylvania, unless there is open fraud from Philadelphia. In that case, Pennsylvania may become this election’s Florida.
Not if you include the massive voter fraud the RATS have planned.
I expect Trump will need 4-5 points just to offset the fraud.
I’m happy that there’s 4% undecided as well as a few third party votes. Something to swing away from the incumbent party.
That’s where I’m afraid Hillary will attempt to foment uncertainty about Trump’s win. She’ll claim her losing is due to interference from the FBI and therefore the election is illegitimate. Way to go, Comey!

Lord help us if the greedy transportation union in Philadelphia striking leads to decreased Democrat turnout on election day - helping Trump win.
