Take a long walk when you must.
My brother didn’t, G-d rest his soul.
Walk. Walk. Walk.
Trust in the Lord. Save yourself.
Go for a long long long Walk.
Dont wait for a smile to be nice...
Dont wait to be loved, to love.
Dont wait to be lonely, to recognize the value of a friend.
Dont wait for the best job, to begin to work.
Dont wait to have a lot, to share a bit.
Dont wait for the fall, to remember the advice.
Dont wait for pain, to believe in prayer.
Dont wait to have time, to be able to serve.
Dont wait for anybody else pain, to ask for apologies...
... neither separation to make it up.
Dont wait...
Because you dont know how long it will take.
Remember: Friendship is like wine, it gets better as it grows older.

Write it down, read a lot. Have you heard of Codependent No More? It’s a good read for emotional survival.
