Dexter Fowler's leadoff home run has put the Cubs ahead of the Indians in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series. Tonight, one team's curse will continue, the other's will end.

Sounds like a heck of a deal.
It’s such a nice day...Let’s play two!
Just posted to my twitter. Steve Bartman rocks
Harry, Jack Brickhouse (Hey Hey), Ernie Banks, Ron Santo, Steve Goodman, Mike Royko, my dad, etc. etc.
*** “I remember someone on TV commenting Trump winning as likely as Cubs winning after 108 years” ***
Need to find out who it was and have them amend their statement, as an endorsement.
Vote Trump
MAGA
Where Red at the Polling Place and fill out a Paper Ballot, take pictures of the crowd and “bump into Buses/Vans with your vehicle, get the Police involved writing up accident reports, slow the cheaters down and have a paper trail of their cheating”
Steve Bartman, you can come back to Chicago now.
Steve Goodman. Doh.
Indians lost it in the first inning when it was obvious their starting pitcher had nothing. He should have never came out for the 5th inning. It was the first time he has ever pitched a game and didn’t have a strikeout. All in all Cubs won because they were the best team in baseball this year and their pitching was light-years better than Indians.
Cubs pitching light-years better than Indians? I disagree. Cubs hitters got hot at right time.
I keep saying, 400,000 dead Syrians and counting. Turkey and Iraq bristling at each other. Pakistan and India clawing at each other. South China Sea a mess. Iranians will have nukes soon, probably Saudi to follow. S. Koreans considering going nuclear. Russia on the rise.
WHO has been help leading the world toward a nuclear war future???
I hope they give him the first pitch on pennant day. He took about 300 times more heat than he should have.
The Cubs starters are light years better. And Chapman is probably the best closer in the game. Cubs middle relief... not so much.
Agreed.
BTW, I must say that in the post game interview, the Indians’ manager, Terry Francona, was truly classy and gracious. I was leaning toward a Cubs win partially because of friends there (out in some fairly conservative “burbs”), and because it’d been so long since the Cubs pulled this off. But, I might have to become a bit of an Indians’ fan too, at least as long as Francona is there. :-)
Harry, Jack Brickhouse (Hey Hey), Ernie Banks, Ron Santo, Steve Goodman, Mike Royko, my dad, etc. etc.
Terry Francona is a true Mensch. As a Sox fan, I was rooting for the Clevelands.
