Report: Trump victory will likely lead to major downfall of global financial markets

On Friday, the non-partisan Brookings Institution released a paper which describes the expected impact of the outcome of the 2016 U.S. presidential election on the global financial markets, reports the Huffington Post.
Authored by the University of Michigan's Justin Wolfers and Dartmouth College's Eric Zitzewitz, the piece notes, "...we estimate that market participants believe that a Trump victory would reduce the value of the S&P 500, the UK, and Asian stock markets by 10-15%, would reduce the oil price by $4, would lead to a 25% decline in the Mexican Peso, and would significantly increase expected future stock market volatility."

Clinton’s middle-out economic experiment is what Brookings should be reporting on.
1. there is no evidence middle-out has ever worked, anywhere. No state, no other country.

No doubt they will yank the curtain and bring the whole world banking system down, which would be coming down at some point anyway.

All good points.
When corporate taxes are reduced to 15%, some of that 2 trillion dollars they have parked overseas will be brought home to build factories. We need to get started re-building our industrial manufacturing base here in America.
Hillary’s insane policies will encourage more businesses to flee overseas in droves.

This is probably correct. But not for the reason given.
Janet Yellen is a doctrinaire leftist. The Fed has aggressively kept interest rates historically low and financed Obama’s deficit so that the economy does not blow up on Obama’s watch.
She has no reason not to let interest rates skyrocket when Trump is elected. That will cause a global recession/depression.
